Prostadine Before and After: Why Photos Prove Nothing
The prostate cannot be photographed from outside, so a before and after picture proves nothing about it. Real evidence would be a symptom score, flow measurement or ultrasound compared with a placebo group. Prostadine has no such trial, so track your own score and show it to a doctor.

The basics01
Why can't a photo show a prostate?
Because the prostate is a walnut-sized gland deep in the pelvis. A picture of a man, a bottle or a bathroom cannot show its size or function.
Before and after photos work for skin, hair and weight, where the change can be seen. They are used for supplements where the outcome is invisible, to borrow that visual proof for something that has none.
Searches for Prostadine before and after results are common. The answer is that no photo can honestly be made, and any that appear are staged or about something else.
The evidence02
What could count as evidence
| Measure | What it shows | Needs a clinician |
|---|---|---|
| Symptom score (IPSS) | Severity of urinary symptoms (Urology Care Foundation, BPH) | No, you can do it at home |
| Night-time trips log | Nocturia trend | No |
| Urine flow test | Peak flow in mL a second | Yes |
| Ultrasound | Prostate size and bladder emptying | Yes |
| PSA | Blood protein; not a symptom measure (NCI, PSA test) | Yes |
The numbers03
What would a real trial look like?
A group of men with similar symptoms is split by chance. One half takes the product and the other a dummy, neither group knowing which. After a set time, scores and flow are compared. If the product group does better by more than chance, that is evidence.
That is the standard the FTC describes, a randomized human trial on the same product, dose and population (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). For Prostadine, we found none. For saw palmetto, the best-studied ingredient, such trials were run and found little or no benefit (Cochrane review, saw palmetto 2023).
The catch04
Why do stories feel convincing?
A story has a face, a name and a feeling. It is easy to retell and hard to argue with. A man says he got up four times a night and now gets up once. It may be true, and it may be natural variation, a change in drinks, a new medicine or the placebo effect.
Only a control group can tell these apart. The FTC says testimonials and small lab studies alone are not enough (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance), and we apply the same bar to every page.
Safety05
How are staged photos made?
Easily. Lighting, posture, clothing, time of day and a few hours of dehydration change how a body looks, and cheap editing tools do the rest. Photos can be taken in the wrong order and labelled as before and after, and they may be of different people.
For a prostate product, even a real photo of a real man would show nothing about his urinary tract. A photo of a bathroom visit count is not possible. That mismatch is itself a warning, since the form of the proof does not fit the claim.
When you see such images, treat them as decoration. The FTC warns that doctored photos and videos are common in fake endorsements (FTC, Fake endorsements).
What to do06
How to run your own fair before and after
Score yourself first
Use the seven-question score on our symptom check.
Log for a week
Count night-time trips and note drinks.
Change one thing
Start only the supplement, with the same habits.
Re-score at week six
Compare, and share the numbers with your doctor.
A shift of a few points is within normal variation. Look for a clear, steady trend.
On the label07
What to do when you see before and after claims
Ask what was measured, how, in whom and against what control. If the answer is a photo or a quote, treat the claim as marketing. The FTC advises searching the product with the words scam or complaints, and comparing sources, before trusting testimonials (FTC, Fake endorsements)(FTC, Evaluate Online Reviews).
FAQ08
Prostadine questions people ask
Are there Prostadine before and after photos?
Any that appear cannot show a prostate change, since the gland cannot be photographed from outside. Treat them as staged or irrelevant.
Why use a symptom score instead of photos?
The International Prostate Symptom Score, a seven-question form doctors use to rate urinary symptoms as mild, moderate or severe. You can fill it in at home.
How do I measure whether a supplement works for me?
Score yourself before starting, log night trips, change nothing else and re-score at week four and six. Share the numbers with a doctor for context.
Why do some men feel better soon after starting?
People often start at their worst, and symptoms drift back toward average. Placebo response and habit changes also play a part, which is why trials use a control group.
