Contact: Who to Reach for Tracking, Refunds and Website Questions
Tracking and refunds on placed orders go to the seller's phone line, +1 (302) 200-3480. The website inbox, [email protected], is for questions about these pages and corrections only; it cannot see or change orders. Returns use a separate New York address, and you should call before sending anything back.

Which contact fits your question
| If you need to | Use | Have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Track a parcel or change an order | The seller's phone line | Order number, name and delivery address |
| Ask for a refund or return | The seller's phone line first, then the returns address | Order number, bottle count and the date of purchase |
| Report a mistake on a page | The website inbox | The page name and the sentence |
| Ask about the label or ingredients | The seller, by phone | The bottle photo and your question |
| Report a reaction | A clinician first, then the FDA's MedWatch program | Product name, lot and what happened |
| Ask about payment or billing | The retailer named on the order page | Order number and the last four digits of the card |
The website inbox is a small desk and cannot see your order. If you write there about an order, the reply will point you back to the phone line, which only adds days. For the steps and time limits on returns, read the refund policy before you call.
Before you call03
What to have ready so one call is enough
- Your order number and the name and address used at checkout.
- The number of bottles and the pack you chose, as listed on the pricing page.
- The date you ordered and the date the parcel arrived, if it has.
- A photo of the bottle, the lot code and any damage to the box.
- For a refund, the reason in a sentence, and whether the bottle has been opened.
Write down the date, the time and the name of the person you speak to, and ask for a reference number. If a promise is made on the phone, ask for it by email too. These small habits protect you if the matter takes longer than expected.
Hours for the phone desk and the website inbox are shown on their cards above. We state no response time that the seller has not published.
Writing to us04
How to write a message that gets a useful reply
Name the page
For a correction, give the page title and the exact sentence. That lets us check the source the same day.
Say what you expected
One line on what the page said and what you found is enough. Add a link if you have a better source.
Leave out private health details
You do not need to tell us your diagnosis or medicines. We cannot give medical advice, and the inbox is not a secure place for health records.
Keep order numbers off the website inbox
Order details belong with the seller's phone line. The website desk cannot act on them.
Messages are read for content only and handled under the privacy policy. We do not add your address to a mailing list because you wrote to us.

How to tell a real contact from a fake one
Brands in the supplement market are copied often, and fake support lines and look-alike sites are common. Before you hand over card details or order numbers, check that the person or site matches what is printed here and on the order page. Real support will not ask for a card number to give you a refund, will not ask you to pay a fee to receive money, and will not rush you.
The FTC advises checking the source of any health claim or review before acting on it (FTC, Evaluate Online Reviews). If a message claims to come from this desk and asks for payment or health records, do not reply, and let us know through the website inbox so we can warn others.
Urgent matters06
When to contact a clinician instead of us
Nobody at a retail desk can assess symptoms. If you cannot pass urine, have a fever with painful urination, see blood in your urine, or feel faint, swollen or short of breath after taking any supplement, seek medical care at once or call emergency services. The NIDDK lists several of these as reasons for prompt care (NIDDK, Enlarged Prostate (BPH)).
For a suspected reaction to a supplement, tell your clinician and report it to the FDA through its consumer reporting route (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). Include the product name, the lot code on the bottle and the date you started. Keep the bottle until you are told otherwise.
For wider questions, the guides hub points to the right page, and the doctor visit guide helps you prepare for an appointment. The about page explains who runs this desk, and the disclaimer sets out what we cannot do.
- Enlarged Prostate (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia). National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIH), 2024.BPH is a benign enlargement; it affects 5% to 6% of men ages 40 to 64 and 29% to 33% of those 65 and older. Scientists do not fully know why it occurs; aging and hormone changes are suspected. Researchers have not linked diet or nutrition to causing or preventing BPH. Symptoms include trouble starting a stream, weak or interrupted stream, nighttime urination and urgency, and symptom severity does not always match prostate size. Seek care right away if you cannot urinate at all, have painful urgent urination with fever and chills, see blood in the urine, or have significant lower abdominal or urinary tract pain. Treatments: watchful waiting, alpha blockers, 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, procedures and surgery. The page does not mention supplements.
- Information for Consumers on Using Dietary Supplements. U.S. Food and Drug Administration, 2026.FDA is not authorized to approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before they are marketed. Firms can lawfully introduce supplements without notifying FDA. Talk to a doctor, pharmacist or other professional before buying or using a supplement.
- Health Products Compliance Guidance. Federal Trade Commission, 2022.Health claims must be backed by competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally randomized controlled human trials on the same product, dose and population being advertised. Testimonials and animal or lab studies alone are not enough, and a disclaimer does not fix a misleading claim.
- How To Evaluate Online Reviews. Federal Trade Commission (Consumer Advice), 2026.The FTC advises considering the source, comparing reviews across several sites, being wary of sudden bursts of reviews, and checking reviewer history. Fake reviews can look genuine.
