Prostadine Bonus Guides Explained: What the 6-Pack Adds
The six-bottle Prostadine pack lists two digital bonuses, titled “Kidney Restore: 2-Day Flash Detox at Home” and “Rockstar Libido in 7 Days”. Both titles are sales claims. NCCIH found no compelling research that detox diets remove toxins, so the bonuses add reading material, not proven benefit.

The basics01
What are the two bonuses?
The info page lists two digital guides that come free with the six-bottle pack.
The first is titled “Kidney Restore: 2-Day Flash Detox at Home”. The second is titled “Rockstar Libido in 7 Days”. We have not been shown the guides themselves, so we can only judge the titles and the claims they make.
Both titles promise a fast result in a set number of days. Fast and fixed-time promises are the kind of claim the FTC asks sellers to back with competent scientific evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
The evidence02
What does research say about a two-day detox?
It says very little in favour. NCCIH reports that a 2015 review found no compelling research supporting detox diets for removing toxins from the body (NCCIH, Detoxes and cleanses).
Few detox programs have been tested at all, and most of those studies are small and of poor quality. The FDA and FTC have also acted against firms selling detox or cleansing products with hidden ingredients or false disease claims (NCCIH, Detoxes and cleanses).
The kidneys and liver already filter the blood every day. A two-day plan from a bonus guide cannot be assumed to improve that, and a person with kidney disease should never start a restrictive plan without a clinician.
The numbers03
What about a seven-day libido promise?
Sexual desire depends on hormones, sleep, mood, relationships, medicines and general health. A guide cannot promise a result in seven days for every reader.
The one shilajit trial we cite gave 500 mg a day for 90 days to healthy men aged 45 to 55 and reported about a 20 percent rise in total testosterone. It did not study libido or the prostate (Pandit et al., Andrologia 2016). Ninety days is also not seven.
If low desire is a concern, a doctor can check for causes such as low testosterone, depression or a medicine side effect. Finasteride, for example, can reduce desire in some men (MedlinePlus, Finasteride).
The catch04
Do the bonuses change the value?
| Question | Answer from our documents |
|---|---|
| Are the guides shown to us? | No, only their titles |
| Do they come with the six-bottle pack only? | Yes, per the info page |
| Is there evidence for the titles' promises? | None found for either |
| Do they cost extra? | Listed as free with the pack |
A free guide costs nothing to read, but it should not tip a decision on six bottles. The pack price is $294, which is $1.63 a day at 2 mL, and that should stand or fall on the drops themselves.
Safety05
How should bonus claims be read?
A bonus is part of the sale, so its wording is held to the same standard as the main claim. The FTC says health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, and that testimonials or small lab studies are not enough on their own (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
That standard is why we quote the two titles instead of repeating them as facts. When a title says flash or in days, ask which study shows it, in whom, and at what dose. If the seller cannot name one, treat the line as a headline, not a finding.
What to do06
How to treat the bonuses
Read them as general interest material if you receive them. Do not start a fast, a cleanse or any restricted diet because a guide suggests it, and never stop a medicine.
Check any advice that affects the kidneys against a reliable source, such as the NIDDK, and ask a clinician if you have any kidney or heart condition. See the bonus guides page for our full read of the two titles.
FAQ07
Prostadine questions people ask
Which bonus guides does the six-bottle pack include?
The six-bottle pack lists two digital guides, titled Kidney Restore: 2-Day Flash Detox at Home and Rockstar Libido in 7 Days. We have seen the titles only, not the guides.
Is a two-day detox safe?
Research does not show that detox programs remove toxins, and restrictive plans can be risky for people with kidney or heart conditions. Ask a clinician first and never stop a medicine for one.
Do the bonuses cost extra?
The info page lists them as free with the six-bottle pack. Confirm at checkout what is included, and keep the order email in case the digital delivery needs a follow-up.
Can a guide fix low libido in a week?
No guide can promise that. Desire depends on hormones, sleep, mood, health and medicines. A doctor can check for treatable causes if low desire is a concern.
