Prostadine “2 + 1” and “3 + 3”: Free Bottles or Not?

Quick answer

The info page labels its middle and top packs “2 + 1” and “3 + 3”, and shows prices only as pictures of per-bottle figures. It is unclear whether the plus adds free bottles to the three and six you pay for. Confirm the bottle count at checkout before you rely on the days.

The basics01

What do the labels say?

The middle pack is shown as “2 + 1” and the top pack as “3 + 3”, while the smallest pack is shown without a plus.

The page prices are given as per-bottle figures in pictures: $79, $69 and $49. The totals we show, $158, $207 and $294, are the per-bottle price times three, three and six. That fits packs of two, three and six bottles in total.

The plus could be read in two ways, and the two give different supplies.

The evidence02

Two readings of the same label

Reading one: the plus is part of the total. Reading two: the plus is extra.
LabelReading one: bottles in totalReading two: bottles in total
2 + 133 (2 paid and 1 free)
3 + 366 (3 paid and 3 free)

Both readings give three and six bottles in total. The difference is in what the price per bottle means: whether you pay $69 on each of three bottles, or $69 for each of two paid bottles plus one free. Our table assumes the first, since it matches the order page totals.

The numbers03

Why does it matter?

If the totals of $207 and $294 buy three and six bottles, then the per-bottle prices are $69 and $49 and the daily costs are $2.30 and $1.63. If they buy more bottles, the supply is longer and the cost per day lower. If they buy fewer, the reverse.

The days also set your refund planning. A bigger supply than you expect means more days beyond the 60-day window. A smaller one means a quicker reorder.

The catch04

How to confirm your pack

  1. Read the cart

The checkout should list the number of bottles and the total.

  2. Check the confirmation email

It should repeat the bottle count and price.

  3. Call if they differ

Quote your order ID and ask the desk to state the bottle count.

  4. Count on arrival

Compare the bottles received with the order.

Safety05

Why are prices shown as pictures?

On the info page the prices appear as images of per-bottle figures. An image cannot be read by a screen reader, searched or copied, and it can differ from the live checkout. Sellers sometimes use images for prices to keep the same banner across many pages, and a banner can go out of date.

That is why we show prices as text, taken from the order page, and say where the page was unclear. The live checkout is the authority. If the cart shows a different figure from any banner, trust the cart and call if you are unsure.

It is also why we ask buyers to save a screenshot of the checkout, with the date, before paying.

What to do06

What if you receive fewer or more bottles?

If fewer, call at once with your order ID and photos of the parcel, and ask for the rest to be sent. If more, you may keep them, though it is polite and sensible to tell the seller so that records agree, and note that more bottles stretch your supply past the refund window.

Whatever the count, keep a note of the lot codes and dates, in case one bottle needs to be reported.

Why we flag this

We would rather say the labelling is unclear than guess. The pricing page shows the figures we were given and says what we have assumed. If the seller confirms the bottle counts, we will update every page that uses them.

A plus sign is not a count

Always rely on the number of bottles shown in the cart and the confirmation email, not on a graphic.

FAQ08

Prostadine questions people ask

What does 2 + 1 mean on the Prostadine order page?

The label is unclear. We read the middle pack as three bottles in total, but confirm the bottle count in your cart and confirmation email.

Are there free bottles in the six-bottle pack?

The 3 + 3 label may mean three free bottles, but it may simply describe six in total. The cart should state the number of bottles you receive.

How do I know how many bottles I will get?

Read the cart before you pay, check the confirmation email and count on arrival. If they differ, call with your order ID.

Does the bottle count change the refund?

The 60-day window is the same either way. A larger supply simply leaves more days beyond it, so plan your review date before the window ends.
