What Is Prostadine? A Plain Description
Prostadine is a liquid dietary supplement in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) dropper bottle, sold for prostate and urinary support. The info page lists nine natural ingredients and a 2 mL daily dose. It is not a medicine, and no amounts are printed on the bottle images we hold.

The basics01
What is Prostadine in one paragraph?
Prostadine is a dietary supplement in liquid form. It comes in a small amber dropper bottle, and the front reads PROSTADINE with the words Prostate Complex underneath.
The bottle holds 2 fl oz, which is 60 mL. The seller's info page says to take 2 mL, or two droppers, once a day, so one bottle covers 30 days. It is sold online through a retailer's checkout, in packs of two, three or six bottles.
It is a supplement, which means it is not a prescription drug and does not go through the testing a medicine does before sale (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). That single fact shapes everything else about the product: claims are the seller's, and checking them is up to the reader.
The evidence02
What does the bottle contain?
The info page names nine ingredients, in this order: nori, wakame, kelp, bladderwrack, saw palmetto, pomegranate, iodine, shilajit and neem.
Four of the nine are seaweeds, and a fifth is iodine itself. That is unusual for a prostate product, and it is why thyroid safety comes up so often in our guides.
| Ingredient | What it is | Printed amount |
|---|---|---|
| Nori, wakame, kelp, bladderwrack | Sea vegetables, rich in iodine | None |
| Saw palmetto | Berry of a small palm | None |
| Pomegranate | Fruit extract | None |
| Iodine | An essential mineral | None |
| Shilajit | A mineral-rich resin from rock | None |
| Neem | Leaf of an Indian tree | None |
The bottle images show no Supplement Facts panel. Without one, nobody outside the maker can say how much of anything is in a dose.
The numbers03
What does the seller say it does?
The seller says it supports prostate and urinary health, and ties the problem to hard water minerals.
That story is quoted and checked on our hard-water page. The short version is that the USGS calls hard water not a health concern but a nuisance (USGS, Hardness of Water), and the NIDDK says researchers have not linked diet or nutrition to causing an enlarged prostate (NIDDK, Enlarged Prostate (BPH)).
The research on single ingredients is thin for the prostate. Saw palmetto, the best studied, showed little or no benefit in a 2023 Cochrane review of 27 trials and 4,656 men (Cochrane review, saw palmetto 2023). The product itself has no published trial that we could find.
The catch04
How is it sold and what does it cost?
Prostadine is sold through a retailer's checkout rather than in shops. The pack prices listed on the order page work out to $79 a bottle for two, $69 for three and $49 for six, plus a $9.99 shipping fee on the two-bottle pack. At 2 mL a day, that is $2.63, $2.30 or $1.63 a day.
The seller backs the order with a 60-day money-back promise. Read the refund policy before you buy, because the return steps matter more than the headline. The pricing page sets out every pack and the arithmetic.
Safety05
What Prostadine is not
It is not a prostate medicine, and it is not a replacement for one.
- It does not shrink the prostate, and no source says it does.
- It is not approved by the FDA, as no supplement is approved before sale (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
- It is not a test for, or a treatment of, prostate cancer or infection.
- It is not a reason to skip a doctor when symptoms are new or getting worse.
A man who takes tamsulosin or finasteride should keep taking it. Both are prescribed for an enlarged prostate and are covered by drug information that supplements lack (MedlinePlus, Tamsulosin).
If you have a thyroid condition, take blood thinners or use prostate medicine, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before trying any iodine-rich product.
FAQ06
Prostadine questions people ask
Is Prostadine a medicine or a supplement?
No. It is sold as a dietary supplement, so it is not approved by the FDA before sale, and the seller makes no claim that it treats a disease. A doctor can prescribe real prostate medicines.
What form does Prostadine come in?
A liquid in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) amber dropper bottle. The info page gives a 2 mL daily dose, so each bottle lasts 30 days. We found no capsule, pill or gummy form.
How many ingredients does Prostadine list?
Nine: nori, wakame, kelp, bladderwrack, saw palmetto, pomegranate, iodine, shilajit and neem. None has an amount printed on the bottle images we were given.
Who should avoid Prostadine?
Anyone with a thyroid condition or on thyroid medicine, pregnant or nursing women, and people on blood thinners should ask a clinician first, because of the iodine and herbs.
